It is a highly configurable and is used by many large corporations and Government entities. http://whitehouse.gov, http://thewestcoastdeals.com , http://oconnorelectric.biz , http://ibew357mc.com and http://www.economist.com/ are examples of Drupal created sites.

The other style is created with Joomla http://www.joomla.org/ .
